shui kueh

At first, my husband curious with this food... Why do everyone queue?

Then he google it.. And it said that the best one is on Tiong BAhru.. The place where we like to eat... Yhe name is Jian Bo Shui Kueh...

SHUI KUEH made from rice flour. The white cake taste salty... That brown thing on the top.. Are turnip with some fried onion.. I guess... Haha... Stir together.. And lil' bit chilli....
